This week my body let me know that I’m officially old. I started running with a friend mine early in the morning before work this last week. I knew I was out of shape (the asthma doesn’t help I suppose), so it was going to be a bit of a challenge. After just one week the right side of my hip joint is sore. With turning 31 last May combined with a sore hip after one week of running, I think I’m now officially old :-(
